At Ryan Jonathan Fine Jewelry, we stand behind the quality of our pieces and strive to ensure your complete satisfaction.

30-Day Return Policy
We offer a no-questions-asked return policy for most items within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in its original, unworn condition with all original packaging, tags, and documentation intact.
  • Customized or engraved items are generally not eligible for return unless defective.

Returns initiated after 30 days are subject to case-by-case review and may be declined.

Lifetime Warranty
We proudly provide a limited lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers:

  • Defects arising from the manufacture or assembly of the jewelry.
  • Mechanical failures (such as clasp or setting issues) that render the piece unusable under normal wear.

What is NOT covered (exclusions):

  • Normal wear and tear, including scratches, dents, or minor stone loosening from everyday use.
  • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, improper care, resizing, repairs by unauthorized parties, or intentional alteration.
  • Loss, theft, or damage from fire, water, or other external events.
  • Issues resulting from failure to follow our care instructions.

The warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required for any claim.

How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim
If you experience any issue with your order, please contact us promptly. We are committed to resolving concerns fairly and efficiently.

Email Concierge@RyanJonathanFJ.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue (include photos if possible). We will reply promptly with next steps, including return shipping instructions, inspection procedures, and any applicable options (refund, exchange, or repair).

Important Notes

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective under warranty.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
  • We reserve the right to deny returns or claims that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
