Shipping Policy
All orders from Ryan Jonathan ship via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Each shipment is carefully inspected before it ships. A signature may be required upon arrival. Delivery is typically 1-7 business days from the date your order leaves our facility. Once your order is handed to the carrier, risk of loss transfers to the buyer. Shipments are covered only by the carrier's standard liability limits, which may be less than the full value of your order.
You will receive an email notification when your order ships, along with a tracking number. Please allow until the following morning for tracking information to appear on the carrier's website.
We make every effort to prevent shipping damage, but accidents happen. Before signing, inspect your package for visible damage. If damage is present: (1) refuse delivery and note the damage with the carrier, or accept and immediately file a damage report with the carrier; and (2) contact us within two business days of delivery at Concierge@RyanJonathanFJ.com or (814) 580-8004. Keep the original packaging. It is required for any damage claim.
All orders arrive in a signature Ryan Jonathan jewelry box or pouch.
If you need to cancel or change your order, contact us as soon as possible at Concierge@RyanJonathanFJ.com with your order number. Our fulfillment process moves quickly, and we may not be able to cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. If cancellation is not possible, you may return the order in accordance with our Return Policy.
